San Sai Soba
This is San Sai Soba: hot buckwheat noodle soup with fresh mountain vegetables. The large teapot holds the water (soba yu) in which the noodles were cooked. You drink that after you're done with the soup. The beer is Yebisu, an all-malt brew.
